My parents have been residents at the Radcliff for just over a month. They are constantly working at improving the residents’ experiences of living in a retirement community. I’m impressed with management’s attitude and efforts in making Radcliff a premier retirement community for all of their residents.
The staff gets a 5+++. They have good caregivers. Friendly staff. Willing to accommodate needs of residents. Competitive pricing. They go above and beyond to help.
We are extremely pleased and give The Radcliff a 5. It is Very clean, staff is very warm and welcoming. Mom has adjusted and enjoys all the entertainment. Many activities for everyone. We love the outdoor patio on every floor. Food is exceptional

Love that the Radcliff is pet-friendly! Mom having her dog when she 1st moved in was crucial, since she didn’t know a sole in Illinois other than 3 family members. The dog has now become mine, but I am still able to bring her in to say hello!
The Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Everyone is treated like family. We are always impressed with the dining room, the welcoming atmosphere.
I highly recommend this community! The staff is so caring! The facility is beautiful, food is great and there are so many activities. There’s even a salon and doctors! I enjoyed every minute I spent here while visiting a family member. What a blessing!

I work in healthcare and was so impressed with the kindness and genuine caring the staff provided to my mom. From the administration, RNs, CNAs, therapists, and support staff everyone was exceptional. When issues arose, as they generally will, our concerns were dealt with quickly and appropriately.
Great Place! The nurses and CNAs are spot on perfect in caring for my mind. Every situation my mom has had, they handled with calmness and professionalism. The owner Alan was great when we met.
