After my father died, my mother, who had Alzheimer’s, could not stay home alone and it was getting very expensive to provide 24-hour care and the necessary supplies to keep the house running. We researched various facilities and it was by divine intervention that we were lucky enough to find out about The Radcliffe. It’s a very special place, really a gem.
I wish my mom could have gone there sooner so she could have enjoyed their assisted living quarters. They also have independent living for those who are still able to live independently but enjoy the conveniences provided by The Radcliffe. And the food is excellent, yes, they have an amazing chef and kitchen team. The patience demonstrated in the memory care area is heart-warming. They truly provided numerous engagement opportunities for the residents. My mom made friends, which made me feel good. Another noticeable difference at this facility is the feeling you get from the workers who are always there with a hello and a smile and work so well with one another. I think it makes a big difference when workers have each other’s back and everyone is ready to lend a hand. Hats off to Alan and his team, from nursing to maintenance to sales and operations!!
