The Radcliff management and staff are just outstanding! From the time my parents moved in, they received an abundance of love and excellent care from nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance staff, activities coordinators, management, etc.! Mom and Dad always felt cherished and valued; and they loved to tell everyone how very happy they were at The Radcliff. The staff and management also bent over backwards to make sure our family members were comfortable with the treatment and care being provided, and were extremely supportive when they each passed. The bottom line is this – The Radcliff truly cares about all of the residents, and their families. I believe you would be hard pressed to find a better assisted living and memory care facility.
