On a scale of 1-10, The Radcliff is a 15. The staff are caring and address the needs of their residents very well. We are so happy that our loved one is part of the Radcliff Community! The staff is always willing to go out of their way to make the families and residents feel safe and comfortable. The facility is well maintained and provides areas that address many of the residents needs/interests( planting room for gardeners, open sitting areas for those who don’t always want to be in their rooms, balcony on the 6th floor that on a clear day shows the Chicago skyline…..)
